bjdb Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account and Play

01 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bjdb website accessible at bjdb.io, including all sub-pages, account dashboards, game interfaces, and payment portals operated by or on behalf of bjdb.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" means any individual who has successfully completed the bjdb registration process and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal member account created upon successful registration, used to access all betting, casino, and payment services on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Member's bjdb account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), including deposited funds, credited bonuses, and unsettled winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, cashback amount, or welcome bonus amount credited to a Member's account by bjdb under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Member via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or any other approved payment method — distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of qualifying bets a Member must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of real-money gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — a certified software system used to determine outcomes in electronic casino and slot games on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all date and time references in this Agreement.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to all real-money betting and casino services on bjdb is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an account on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at the time of every subsequent login and transaction. bjdb enforces age verification at the point of registration and reserves the right to request additional identity documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — from any Member at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any associated balance will be forfeited in accordance with Section 10 of this Agreement.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active bjdb account at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a related identity, or a fictitious identity — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact bjdb support immediately via live chat inside your account dashboard or at [email protected].

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and chosen payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date at all times. bjdb reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or unverifiable.

2.4 Residency and Jurisdiction

bjdb operates with a primary focus on the Bangladesh market and provides services to residents of Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using real-money gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. bjdb does not accept registrations from individuals located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your place of residence.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjdb account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bjdb will never ask you to reveal your full password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether by you or by a third party who has obtained access to them — is your sole responsibility.

3.2 Security Measures

bjdb strongly recommends that all Members enable two-step OTP verification from the Security section of their account dashboard. You should use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bjdb immediately via live chat so that your account can be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.

3.3 Personal Use Only

Your bjdb account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other individual to place bets, access games, make deposits, or initiate withdrawals using your account. You may not operate your account on behalf of any third party, including as an agent for another individual's gambling activity. Accounts found to be used by multiple individuals will be suspended and investigated.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. bjdb reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which is published on the Platform. Members will be notified prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will remain accessible upon reactivation of the account by the Member.

04 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bjdb accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit process for Taka-denominated payment sources.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on bjdb is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform, although individual payment method providers may apply their own daily transaction limits. You are responsible for understanding the limits imposed by your chosen payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bjdb account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours (BST). bjdb does not charge processing fees on deposits. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within the expected timeframe, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally and that originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. bjdb reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership from any Member and to withhold withdrawals pending such verification.

4.5 No Credit Facilities

bjdb does not extend credit to Members under any circumstances. You may only bet and play with funds that are available in your account balance at the time of the wager. bjdb does not permit betting on credit, and no outstanding debt to the Platform arises from any technical error or settlement dispute.

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are available to all verified Members who have completed the identity verification process. bjdb reserves the right to require additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals and for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single request.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 15–30 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during national holidays, periods of high volume, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar day are set by bjdb and published in the Payments section of the account dashboard. Members in the bjdb VIP programme may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as determined by their VIP tier.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

bjdb applies an anti-money-laundering policy that requires all withdrawals to be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Excess winnings above the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered to the Member's account.

5.5 Bonus Funds and Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Bonus Funds must first satisfy the Wagering Requirement applicable to the relevant promotion before any portion of those funds — or winnings generated from them — becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms, accessible from the Promotions section of the Platform.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bjdb are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general terms in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, bonus amount, qualifying deposit threshold, and applicable Wagering Requirement are all stated in the Welcome Bonus terms published on the Platform at the time of registration. bjdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bjdb operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; hedging bets to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk; using automated software to place bonus-qualifying bets; and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated Bonus Funds and derived winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Promotion Validity Periods

All bonuses and promotional credits have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Bonus Funds that are not used and Wagering Requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Member's account automatically. bjdb does not restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.5 Seasonal Promotions

bjdb runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh, and other calendar events. All seasonal promotions are governed by their own specific terms published on the Platform at the time of each campaign and are subject to the general provisions of this Section 6.

07 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bjdb are subject to acceptance by the Platform. bjdb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets that have been suspended, markets where a technical error has produced incorrect odds, or bets where the total liability exceeds the Platform's risk parameters for a given event.

7.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is formally confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform. bjdb is not liable for any losses arising from odds changes between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by bjdb in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned before completion; the market being offered in error; a technical fault in the odds feed; or evidence that the event outcome was determined by corrupt or match-fixing activity. Voided bets are returned to the Member's account balance as Real Money Funds at the original stake amount.

7.4 Cricket and Sports-Specific Rules

bjdb offers live and pre-match betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers test matches, ODIs), football (Premier League, UEFA competitions, FIFA tournaments, domestic Bangladesh leagues), kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Sport-specific settlement rules — including how rain interruptions, player substitutions, and match abandonment affect open bets — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

08 Casino & Game Rules

8.1 RNG Certification

All electronic casino games and slot titles available on bjdb — including those supplied by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — use certified RNG systems that have been independently audited for fairness and return-to-player (RTP) accuracy. RNG certification records are maintained by the respective game suppliers. bjdb does not modify game logic or RTP settings beyond the parameters set by the certified game supplier.

8.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on bjdb are supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments. Game outcomes in live dealer titles are determined by physical dealing and are not subject to RNG systems. The rules applicable to each live dealer table variant — including specific baccarat, blackjack, and roulette side-bet rules — are displayed within the game interface and on the respective game provider's published documentation.

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a verified technical malfunction — including server disconnection, game software fault, or data transmission error — during an active game session, bjdb's policy is to void the affected game round and return the round stake to the Member's account balance. bjdb is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the stake for the affected round.

8.4 Maximum Win Limits

Individual game titles may carry a maximum single-session or single-round win cap set by the game supplier or by bjdb's platform configuration. Where applicable, these caps are displayed in the game's information panel. bjdb reserves the right to withhold the portion of any payout that exceeds a published win cap and to apply the cap value as the final settled amount for the relevant round.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bjdb Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documentation.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or automated scripts to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process or conceal funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or bet market.
• Exploiting a technical error, system glitch, or pricing fault to place bets at incorrect odds or to generate artificial winnings.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of any software used on the Platform.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing bjdb accounts or account balances.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment betting and gaming.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bjdb support staff or other Members via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by bjdb

bjdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9, provided false registration information, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

10.2 Balance Treatment on Closure

Where an account is closed by bjdb due to a verified breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds, free bet credits, and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited in full. Real Money Funds representing genuine deposits that have not been used in any prohibited activity may be returned to the Member following a review period of up to 30 days, at bjdb's sole discretion.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request permanent closure of their bjdb account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard identity verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.4 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion from the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and prevents login for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the Member (minimum 6 months; maximum permanent). Self-exclusion is not reversible during the active exclusion period. See Section 11 for full responsible gaming provisions.

11 Responsible Gaming

bjdb is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and transparent gaming environment for all Members. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available free of charge from the Responsible Gaming section of every Member's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagers are declined until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. Upon reaching the limit, you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals of your choosing reminding you of your session duration and net account activity.
• Time-Out: Take a short break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Account access is suspended for the full duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. See Section 10.4 for full details.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bjdb Platform — including but not limited to the bjdb brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of bjdb or its licensed suppliers. No Member or third party is permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of bjdb. Game titles, logos, and content provided by third-party suppliers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjdb's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjdb is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or technical faults outside bjdb's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits bjdb's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bjdb makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability of the Platform, freedom from errors, or suitability for any particular purpose beyond lawful personal entertainment gaming.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bjdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bjdb will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the updated terms take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory direction, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming services in the jurisdiction in which bjdb is registered. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, bjdb's first course of action is to resolve the matter through direct engagement with the Member via the Platform's English-language support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English under rules and procedures communicated to the Member at the time of escalation. bjdb's decision on all matters within its stated policies — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account suspension — is final and binding on the Member, subject only to evidence of manifest error on bjdb's part.
